The soldering machine features an induction sensor probe to detect the solder surface, automatically measuring and recording the solder height.
The flux is stored in an external container with a valve control, and an optional automatic circulation system is available. The flux tank is divided into upper and lower sections for easy cleaning.
Solder scraping is automatic, directing excess solder to the waste solder tray.
Products are loaded manually onto the conveyor, primarily designed for soldering pins of mid-to-high-end products. The conveyor width and height can be adjusted to accommodate different product sizes, and the system can be integrated into a production line to reduce manual labor.
For small batch production with multiple product types and varying sizes, optional multi-purpose pneumatic grippers are available.
