1. Main Applications of This Machine:
★ Suitable for common mode inductor winding using the cross-winding method (also compatible with standard winding), with single-strand enameled copper wire.
★ Cross-winding can handle wire lengths up to 2000mm, wire diameter 0.6–1.8mm (starting winding from one side of the coil).
★ Compatible magnetic ring range: outer diameter D18–45mm, magnetic ring height 5–20mm.
★ Machine production efficiency depends on factors such as the number of winding turns and wire diameter. For example, for a cross-wound common mode inductor with 1.2mm wire diameter and 28 turns per side, the hourly output is approximately 80 pieces.
2. Machine Structure and Features:
① Material feeding is done via a belt-type feeding track (or centrifugal disc automatic material feeding). Operators place magnetic rings in order on the belt (or directly into the centrifugal disc), and the machine automatically feeds the rings; copper wire is placed on the floor in full spools. The machine automatically feeds, cuts, and winds the wire, then places the finished product into the output bin.
② The machine uses a hook-type winding method. It has a dual-station design: the magnetic ring is wound with the N1 coil at the first station, then moved to the second station to wind the N2 coil. Two products are wound simultaneously on both stations to improve production efficiency.
③ The machine features intelligent monitoring of the automatic production process. In case of an abnormality, it will automatically stop and display the fault cause.
④ Equipped with a touchscreen interface, the machine allows flexible single-step operation and parameter adjustment, including wire hook speed, spacing per winding turn, wire feeding length, etc. Multiple product profiles can be saved.
⑤ The machine is easy to switch production types. Adjusting the belt feeding track width accommodates different product sizes; the winding and magnetic ring clamping stations only require changing the clamp to match the magnetic ring size—no complex adjustments needed.
⑥ The winding arrangement is controlled by mechanical clamps holding the magnetic rings, with a servo motor driving a semi-circular rotation along the gear ring. The machine ensures precise winding and spacing for each turn, producing smooth and neatly arranged coils without crossing.
